The parent enterprise of the business division SITRONICS Microelectronics is JSC Mikron – the leading company in Russia and CIS in terms of technical equipment and sales volumes, the largest semiconductor product manufacturer in CIS and Eastern Europe.

The enterprise was established in 1964 and today it has the complete cycle of integrated circuit production, including IC design, manufacture of ICs on 150 and 200 mm wafers, assembling and testing.

In July 2011 Open joint stock company Molecular Electronics Research Institute was created in order to develop own local technologies and unique products.

The business division also includes:

• VSP-Mikron JSC (Voronezh) — manufactures chips for discrete components of power electronics, as well as various types of bipolar digital and analogue integrated circuits for customers in Russia and abroad;

• SITRONICS-Nano LLC — established in 2009 for implementing a joint project with RUSNANO on production of very large scale 90 nm integrated circuits on 200 mm wafers on the basis of JSC Mikron;

• Research and Development Institute for Precise Mechanical Engineering JSC — perform service maintenance of equipment at Mikron and VSP-Mikron;

• Trade missions in China and Taiwan — distributors of Mikron’s export products to the South-Eastern Asia;

• Assembly factory in Shenzhen for chips assembling;

• SITRONICS Smart Technologies LLC (Zelenograd) – the leading Russian manufacturer of high-quality smart-cards;

• SITRONICS Microdesign LLC — design center specializing in the development of mixed signal and digital integrated circuits.
